POSTPONED: 3rd annual King Street Seisiún
March 20, 2016 @ 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
After much consideration of this weekend’s weather forecast, the decision was made to postpone the 3rd annual King Street Seisiún. While a reschedule date is not yet confirmed, we are targeting some time in June or July, when the threat of snow and 30º weather will be far behind us! (Yes, there is the possibility for snow on Sunday, along with heavy torrential rains.)
We did not come to this decision lightly, and we very much appreciate your understanding. Here are some important notes:
Refunds will be issued ASAP. According to Eventbrite’s support documents, “Eventbrite fees are returned, and your attendee will receive their funds within 5 business days in the U.S.” Please wait for that amount of time before contacting us about any issues with your refund. However, if 5 business days pass and you still haven’t received your funds, please contact us and we will help get to the bottom of it!
If you made a donation only, your donation will still be processed and passed along to our participating non-profits as promised! However, if you would prefer to have your donation refunded as well, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP!
»»What to do Sunday instead:
Just because the outside party is off for the time being, that doesn’t mean you don’t have options for having you an Irish-ed up Sunday Funday! In addition to hosting live music and serving up plenty o’ Irish food, both bars will be:
• holding anexclusive raffle for King Street Seisiún ticket holders. Simply show us your ticket (either printed out or on your phone) and you will be entered to win a $100 gift card to Tellus360 & Annie Bailey’s! Both bars are hosting drawings, so you can enter twice if you pay us both a visit….
• selling the King Street Seisiún 22-oz VIP mugs. Get your mug and first fill for $10, and refill it with any Irish beers for just $5 at both bar locations. A portion of proceeds from every mug sale will be donated to our participating nonprofits. (Yes, this is for Irish beers only. And no, you cannot leave the bar with a full mug.)
We cannot describe how sad we are to have to postpone this year’s event. But just think how great it will feel in the summer to have the warm sun on your face (you know, instead of the cold sleet and rain on your face). If you thought Christmas in July was fun, just wait ’til you get your St. Patrick’s in the Summer party on! Don’t worry – once a reschedule date is confirmed, you will be the FIRST to know about.
Lastly, don’t forget that both Annie Bailey’s & Tellus360 are opening early on St. Patrick’s Day for Irish breakfast! Start the day off right with some Irish eats, live music and, of course, a pint o’ Guinness!
